The journey, in full
Niagara City Cruises Canada's premier visitor experience, the 30-40 minute Voyage to the Falls boat tour, departs from Niagara Falls, Canada, offering guests an unforgettable adventure. Take in breathtaking views of the Niagara Gorge, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls, while getting up close to the iconic Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Feel the immense power, hear the deafening roar, and experience the refreshing mist (a recyclable poncho is provided for protection) of these natural wonders. Alternatively, embark on a ride after sunset for a light mist experience enhanced by the Falls' illumination. Table Rock Welcome Centre The Table Rock Welcome Center, located on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, offers spectacular views of the Horseshoe Falls. Facilities: The center features a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and interactive exhibits. Visitors can access information about the falls, their history, and nearby attractions. Viewing Platform: A key highlight of Table Rock is its observation deck, providing a close-up view of the majestic Horseshoe Falls. Journey Behind the Falls: The Table Rock complex also includes the "Journey Behind the Falls" attraction, where visitors can explore tunnels and observation platforms situated behind the falls. (ticket not included) Shopping and Dining: Guests can enjoy shopping for souvenirs and savor a variety of dining options while taking in the breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. Floral Clock Measuring 40 feet in diameter, the face of the Floral Clock is filled with as many as 16,000 carpet plants and colorful annuals, including alternanthera, santolina, and privet. Its intricate faces are designed and planted by expert horticulturalists and students from the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture. Niagara Whirlpool The massive volume of water cascading over the Horseshoe Falls plunges into the narrow Niagara Gorge, forming the powerful whirlpool rapids. At the end of these rapids, the Niagara Whirlpool is created, where the gorge suddenly shifts counterclockwise. This dramatic change in the river's direction results in one of the world's most captivating natural wonders. Living Water Wayside Chapel Your day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls includes a visit to the Living Water Wayside Chapel - the smallest chapel in the world. And enjoy Walkers Market next to it for fresh fruits and Ice Cream. Niagara-on-the-Lake Enjoy free time at Historic Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Heritage District offers beautiful shopping, where our visitors are often found strolling. Revisit the glamour of the 1920s and 30’s and find your perfect hat at Beau Chapeau. Canada’s oldest year-round holiday emporium. Sir Adam Beck Power Generating Station (Pass By) The Sir Adam Beck I Generating Station (GS) has provided clean, renewable electricity to Ontario for nearly 100 years. When it was opened by Sir Adam Beck on Dec. 28, 1921, the Queenston-Chippawa Development (as it was known between 1922 and 1950) was the largest hydroelectric power station in the world. At the peak of construction, more than 10,000 people worked on the project. Queen Elizabeth Parks Queen Victoria Park is a significant park located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, offering stunning views of both the Canadian and American Falls. Brock's Monument National Historic Site Brock's Monument National Historic Site, located in Queenston, Ontario, is a poignant tribute to Major General Sir Isaac Brock, a hero of the War of 1812. This historic site commemorates Brock's leadership and sacrifice during the Battle of Queenston Heights, a pivotal conflict in Canadian history. The centerpiece of the site is the impressive Brock's Monument, a 56-meter-tall column that stands on the escarpment overlooking the Niagara River. Constructed in the 1850s, the monument offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Niagara River, and even glimpses of Niagara Falls in the distance. Visitors can climb the monument, which consists of 235 steps, to reach an observation deck at the top. The journey upward is not only a physical experience but also a historical one, as informative plaques along the way detail the significance of the Battle of Queenston Heights and Brock's contributions to Canada's defense.
