What to Bring
Ensure you're dressed for mountain weather. The early morning right before sunrise is often the coldest part of the day, so layers are recommended. Our number 1 local tip: Don't trust the weather forecast or be afraid of the rain! Mountain weather is super unpredictable, but fortunately, even when it doesn't cooperate as we'd like, these conditions often produce the most stunning sunrises and even fewer crowds. We look forward to a chance of rain in the forecast!

Great excursion. Sunrise was amazing. a bit of a difficult hike to the sunrise. I am not in good condition, I did it but a bit of a struggle.
