After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. This Lounge pass was purchased to break up a 7 hour layover in Montreal. When trying to enter the lounge the client was told they could only enter 3 hours before their flight so that they couldn't stay longer than the 3 hours. This would have been nice to know beforehand. Also if only allowed entry 3 hours before the flight you do not get to utilize the full time as passengers have to be at their gate for boarding a half hour before. A better system should be in place if they are so concerned about passengers overstaying their time!
