Winding through the picturesque landscape of Kananaskis Country, the Kananaskis River is a great whitewater experience for families or as a group outing. This gentle class 2-3 afternoon rafting tour includes 1.5 - 2 hours on the river with an optional river swim.

What to Bring
Please bring the following: - Wear your bathing suit - Bring a towel and a change of clothes (warm sweater) for after your rafting trip - A face mask and hand sanitizer - A waiver must be completed prior to the trip and is a condition of participation, this will be sent through upon booking. In addition, a Parental Consent form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any child under the age of 18 years prior to arrival at the riverbase. This is especially important if you are bringing someone else's child (under 18 years old) rafting. - Photo ID may be required for identity verification.

Minimum weight is 40lbs.

The Kananaskis Whitewater River Rafting experience was wonderful. The river guide was exception and offered a lot of insight while keeping the trip fun for all ages. I would make sure you use google maps to find the rafting outfit. DO NOT GO TO THE CASINO.

We had a wonderful time! It was organized and fun. The crew was fun yet responsible. We loved how they took our photos and how they treated us. So happy they pointed out the wild horses! That was really incredible. My kids liked how we splashed other boats with paddles. Great experience.
