Gratuity is not mandatory but very much appreciated and continues to encourage the outstanding service provided by our guides. If you enjoyed your tour, a 10-20% gratuity is customary in the industry.
What to Bring
What to bring: government issued photo ID, sunscreen, sunglasses
Restrictions
1 tandem rider add-on allowed per single rider. For riders under 16-18 years of age, you must have a valid driver’s license + someone 19 or older joining the activity. Riders 6-15 years of age can only join as passengers (no driving). Please book with the tandem rider add-on. If you’re over 19, any government issued ID must be provided to operate any of our machines. A trip minimum of 2 vessels is required to run each tour. The minimum can be met with multiple parties. If a minimum is not met, we will reach out to you the day before the tour with options to reschedule.
Meeting & Pickup
Please arrive at our shop located at 1832 Boatlift Lane, Vancouver prior to the start of your tour. Check-in for jetski tours is 1 hour before departure.
