What your day looks like
Experience some of Canada’s best winter fishing on a serene Yukon lake, with the chance to catch lake trout, northern pike, Arctic grayling, rainbow trout, and Arctic char. Combine it with a snowshoeing adventure to explore the stunning Yukon wilderness and capture breathtaking landscapes. Your guide will select the ideal lake based on conditions. After a short drive, leave the vehicle at the shore and snowshoe to the fishing spot. Drill a hole in the ice with an ice auger, enjoy hot drinks, and if lucky, catch a trout your guide will fillet and cook over the fire. Return to Whitehorse at the end of the day with a record of great memories and the satisfaction of a true northern adventure.
