What to Bring
We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet. Limited restroom availability, please go before your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point. Parking: We recommend parking at 5400 Robinson Street. Please note this parking lot is a 10-minute walk from the meeting point and includes a set of steep stairs on the route.
Restrictions
This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace, you'll cover roughly 2 Km (1 mi). We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
Meeting & Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be will be wearing a yellow vest, holding a green Walks sign. Your tour meets in the garden in front of the Niagara Parks Police Station at 6075 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON. Important: DO NOT proceed directly to the Niagara City Cruises boat — your guide will escort you there as part of the tour.
