Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

Try out an exciting new way to experience the ocean – on a stand-up paddle board! It is so much fun to paddle as you can sit, kneel, stand or even lie down and chill on your paddle board. The inflatable boards are light and stable, and should you fall, quite bouncy and forgiving. Depending on your abilities, you can start the tour sitting or kneeling to get familiar with the paddle boards. Then you can try and stand up – with an experienced instructor right by your side. Kienan has been successfully running Sunset Paddle Tours in Mexico for several winters, and is now bringing his expertise and joy for stand-up paddle boarding to Cape d’Or, Nova Scotia
