Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Swissport Chinook Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check,the lounge is located in Gate A, Level 2. Aspire Lounge Transborder Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check,Proceed through security and once in main departure area, follow signs for 'Lounge'. The lounge is located 1min walk from security. The Lounge is only accessible to passengers departing from Concourse E for US Transborder Departures. Aspire Lounge International Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signs for 'Lounge'. At Chili's, turn immediately left or right (depending on direction) and head down the lounge lobby, entering the lifts at the end. Hit the 'Lounge' button and exit. The lounge is directly in front of you.
