Step 1. Book your transportation and communicate your flight details to us so we can monitor your flight status for any delay. Step 2. We will meet and greet you upon your arrival at the Calgary International Airport with a smile and a name sign. If we missed you on our way out, please contact us at 1-855-757-3222 or head towards our booth at the Ground Transportation Area located between Arrivals Door 4 and 5. That's it. We'll take care of the rest until you make it to Lake Louise while taking in the beauty of the majestic Canadian Rockies. :)

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of a suitcase and a carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please call/email with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Not stroller accessible. No public transportation nearby. Infants must not sit on laps. Infant seats are unavailable.
Meeting & Pickup
Calgary International Airport (YYC) - 2000 Airport Rd NE, Calgary, T2E 6Z8. Airport Pickup Notes: We will meet the clients for International Arrivals at Meeting Place D (Just outside the exit doors from customs, near the counter, or exit of the walkway.), and for Domestic Arrivals, at or near the Luggage Carousel of your flight either Air Canada | West jet. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it and may text or phone you with his/her airport location.
