Begin your adventure with an early pickup from your accommodation anywhere in Rio de Janeiro at 5:30 AM (or 4:00 AM during local holidays) and travel in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle along Brazil's scenic Costa do Sol. Over the next 2.5 hours, watch the landscape transform as you leave the city behind and journey toward Arraial do Cabo, the breathtaking coastal paradise known as the Brazilian Caribbean. Upon arrival at approximately 8:30 AM, you'll have time to settle in before meeting your certified dive team at the harbor around 9:00 AM. Shortly afterward, board your dive boat and cruise through Arraial do Cabo's crystal-clear waters toward the dive site. Before entering the water, a certified PADI professional will provide a comprehensive 30-minute safety briefing, ensuring you feel confident and fully prepared. This experience is suitable for both first-time and certified divers. Certified divers will enjoy two 30-minute dives, exploring some of Brazil's most spectacular underwater landscapes. A valid PADI certification card (digital or physical) must be presented before diving. First-time divers receive personalized instruction before completing one 30-minute dive, accompanied at all times by a certified instructor for a safe and unforgettable introduction to scuba diving. Seasonal notice: From December 23, 2026, through March 1, 2027, both certified and first-time divers complete one 30-minute dive due to seasonal operational procedures. Arraial do Cabo offers exceptional diving conditions throughout the year. Depending on the dive site and your certification level, depths range from 6 to 35 meters (19–115 ft), with visibility often reaching 20 meters (65 ft). Water temperatures remain pleasantly between 19 and 23°C (66–73°F), creating ideal conditions to discover vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, sea turtles, moray eels, and one of Brazil's richest marine ecosystems. After your dive, relax on a scenic boat cruise back to the harbor. If you wish, enjoy an optional lunch at a local restaurant (not included) before beginning the comfortable return journey to Rio de Janeiro, where you'll be dropped off directly at your accommodation.
