The journey, in full
The Tour starts with a trip around some of the beaches, such as Jau, Arembebe, and Jacube. You continue onto the famous Praia do Forte, 70 km from Salvador. Praia do Forte has been nicknamed the "Brazilian Polynesia." Its 12 km of beaches provide a whole range of leisure pursuits. During this tour, you will visit the sea-turtle conservation project (Projeto Tamar) and a fishing village. Then sea bathing at Praia de Guarajuba, (famous for its warm waters and tide pools) will follow.
