What your day looks like
Rio de Janeiro has a singular coast with beautiful mountains, rainforests, beaches and wild islands. If you want to see this from a different perspective, our canoeing tours are the perfect choice. Starting at Flamengo’s Beach or Urca’s Beach, we are able to visit many points of interest inside Guanabara Bay like Downtown of Rio and Fiscal Island. With ideal conditions, we will head canoeing to open sea and visit Fora Beach, just beneath the amazing Sugar Loaf mountain, where we will stop to cool down and swim for a while. Great exercise and unforgettable experience! You can schedule this tour in the morning or early afternoon. Tour details: Start time: 8am / 2pm Meeting point: Flamengo’s Beach or Urca’s Beach (Depending on sea conditions) Level: moderate Kayak duration: 3 hours (approx) Activity lenght: 7,5 km / 4,6 miles (approx)

Wear light clothes, swimming suits and sandals, bring water, snacks, mosquito repellent, dry clothes for changing, sunscreen, towel, cap or hat, sunglasses, and cash for extras. If you wear glasses, bring a strap band to avoid it from falling into the water
