07:30 — 08:00 | Pick-up at central hotels (30 min) We pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the boarding point in Santo Antônio Bay. That's where the preparation for an experience that isn't experienced every day begins. 07:35 — 08:00 | Boarding and scenic navigation through the National Park (25 min) We boarded the boat and set sail for one of the secondary islands. Along the way, you can already contemplate volcanic formations, seabirds, and crystal clear waters that anticipate what is coming. 08:00 — 08:20 | Technical talk and introduction to the team (20 min) Before entering the water, the instructor will give you a clear and simple explanation. You learn how to breathe, how to move, and what to expect on your first dive. 08:20 — 09:00 | Baptism immersion (40 min) It's your time. Along with your instructor, you go down to the water and explore a silent and lively world. The maximum depth is 12 meters, and you set the pace. You are accompanied all the time. 09:00 — 09:30 | Smooth return on board and return sailing (30 min) After getting out of the water, you'll have time to dry yourself, take a deep breath, and look at the sea with new eyes. We return to the coast with the feeling of having crossed into another world... and back. 09:30 — 10:00 | Transfer back to your accommodation (30 min) We will take you back to your accommodation. The tired body, the calm mind... and the memory under the skin.
