Detailed Itinerary
The journey, in full
Arrival at Trebević & Start of the Hike After reaching the top station, the hike begins. Your guide gives short introduction about the route and the mountain. Break at Dobre Vode You walk through forest paths and make a short stop at Dobre Vode, a natural spring area. This is a calm place to rest and enjoy fresh mountain air. Hiking Along the West Ridge of Trebević You continue hiking through quiet forest towards the sunny west ridge. Along the way, you stop for photos and enjoy wide views over the surrounding mountains. Arrival at Jure Franko Mountain Lodge (Highest Point) You reach the highest point of Trebević at Mountain Lodge Jure Franko. Here you have time to relax, enjoy local food or drink, and take in the scenery. Return by Hiking or Cable Car After the break, you hike back towards the cable car station. If you decide you can take a cable car and return to Sarajevo with nice views and memories from nature, or by hike.
