The journey, in full
Welcome and Introduction (30 minutes) Meet your certified PADI instructor and fellow participants. Overview of the day’s adventure and safety briefing. Introduction to basic scuba diving principles and equipment. Pool Session (1 hour) Gear up with high-quality scuba equipment. Practice essential scuba skills in a shallow, controlled environment. Gain confidence and comfort under the guidance of your instructor. Break and Q&A (30 minutes) Relax and refresh with light snacks and beverages. Q&A session to address any concerns or questions. Open Water Dive (1.5 hours) Head to a beautiful, shallow dive site in the ocean. Experience your first open-water dive up to 12 meters (40 feet) under close supervision. Explore vibrant marine life and stunning underwater landscapes. Debrief and Certificate Presentation (30 minutes) Return to base and debrief with your instructor. Receive your Discover Scuba Diving certificate. Discuss options for continuing your scuba education with the PADI Open Water Diver course.
