After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Nice place to wait but the food was limited, one of the coffee machines was out of service, and service wasn’t great. Not worth the money given that the Bermuda airport is really nice.
