What your day looks like
Cave Tubing adventure, there are certainly more than a few available to choose from. Naturally, we have opted for the Great and safest of them. Being one of the most modern adventures, everyone wants to go cave tubing when They get to Belize. It is a real discovery of the ancient Underworld of the Mayan, a unique place where sacred rituals were once carried out. After we meet You, we drive in a Westerly direction for about one hour. During this drive, Your guide elaborates about Belize in general. Some of the dramatic scenes on our way to our Cave Tubing adventure includes going thru Belize City, mangrove, Savannah Ecosystem, a pine forest, Some local villages and schools, some orange groves and a secondary broadleaf forest. At the Cave Tubing, we carry your Tubes for you to the entrance of the cave system. The Tubes are interconnected with clips to keep you all linked together. There is a minimum height of 40 sets by the government of Belize to enter the caves regardless of age.

What to Bring
Wear a swimsuit under comfortable clothing and secure water shoes. Bring a towel, a dry change of clothes, sun protection, insect repellent, and cash for optional purchases. Follow the guide’s safety instructions.
Meeting & Pickup
Pickup available from Hotels, Airport or Cruise Ship. For Airport arrivals our representative will meet at the Philip Goldson International Airport on the day of your arrival, at the Municipal Airstrip in Belize City, if you are flying in from the islands at the Water Taxi, or at their Hotel in Belize City or anywhere on Mainland Belize. For Cruise Ship passengers the meeting point is Outside Terminal One with a sign that reads their name.

Cave tubing was excellent. Our guide picked us up at the port, and took care to get us to the park. He introduced us to the river guide, who was extremely knowledgeable. All the gear we needed was provided. The hike through the jungle was very enjoyable. Our guide pointed out trees and plants that are unique to Belize. The float through the caves was excellent. Our guide knew what to look for, and navigated our tubes through. After the river guide was done, our tour guide provided us a local lunch of chicken, rice and beans at the park. We enjoyed the one hour trip home, viewing the countryside and Belize City.

Excellent tour for our family of five... It should be noted that you need bug spray for the long walk through the jungle to the caves. If you stop, the mosquitoes and ants will destroy you. You also should bring water/land shoes

When we arrived a tour guide had to be arranged, a free lanced person showed up that had done this tour twice, and he wasn't too late. He shared interesting information about the cave. There was a Carnival group standing next to us when we were ready to get tubes. I overheard their guide say to choose a certain tube "blue", she said they were the better ones. They did look newer. We had old yellow ones with dirty stains on them. Our guide did not offer to take a group picture, like Carnival guide did.. It was a long drive to the caves.

Private driver / guide Darien was wonderful. Very communicative, car clean and VERY comfortable. The cave guide was also excellent. Very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna as we walked about 20 mins to the river. Despite how many others were on the river, we felt we still got the "private" experience. It took all the time we had, but we enjoyed it so much we would have liked to have had more time!

Tour was great! Guides were wonderful! Lots of fun. Our group appreciated that we did not need to carry the tubes!
