Bruge is a very beautiful area and the canal cruise was a lovely time. We visited some unique ares as well s some of the more touristy ares. All in all it turned into a nice day after a very disorganized start. Our guide was very nice and tried to be informative but had a bit of language barrier at times, and for our group size of 20 we really needed some type of audio assistance, either via headsets or voice amplification. But still an acceptable tour

The tour guides were wonderful locals who did a fantastic job showcasing the beauty of Bruges—we would love to visit again! Unfortunately, there was some disorganization at the start of the tour, and one family’s very late arrival caused delays at several stops. This ultimately shortened our time for shopping and lunch, which was disappointing. I do hope this family does not submit a negative review, as their late arrival significantly impacted the overall experience for the rest of the group.

The tour guide was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She had a great sense of humor and was very welcoming and friendly. There was a lot of walking involved and unfortunately one participant was not able to walk well so time was taken throughout the tour to wait for him to catch up to the group.

Daniel was incredible. Of all of the cruise ports, Bruges was our favorite. There was beauty everywhere, the city center was very walkable, and the people were very welcoming.
