Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

Our trail leads the tourist deep into the heart of Brussels. Starting in Grand Place, our guide will provide you with a detailed overview of the history behind statues and monuments that contribute to Brussels beauty. Besides the several chocolate tastings this tour is very suitable for people who want to see the city as a local, avoiding the crowed places and focusing on the hidden treasures like the oldest part of Brussels. The 10 chocolate tastings will give you an overview of what Brussels can offer you in terms of chocolate. We will visit several chocolate shops where we will taste chocolates with different flavours, ingedrients. Some chocolatiers work with the best beans of Madagascar or Peru; others are excellent in flavours you never experienced before like orange and safran. Discover the art of chocolate making, the melting temperature, the % of darkness suitable and the process of praline making. Brussels Chocolate and Workshop Tour consist also of a 1h hands-on chocolate workshop. You will find out how to make your own shapes and you will decorate them with ingredients like sea salt, exotic fruits or sesame, all based on your imagination and preferences. For a more vivid experience, you will be able to see how a praline is created in 3 steps and you will be able to fill them with caramel by yourself. Moreover, you can take your chocolate shapes back home with you at the end of the tour, when you will get them in a ready-to-go wrapped up bag. Brussels Chocolate and Workshop tour is the travel-savvy friend you need in Brussels.

Well worth the price. Easy walk to visit some exceptional chocolatiers that we wouldn't have otherwise discovered. Really enjoyed learning about the history of Belgian pralines and trying the different flavors. The added information about the city and it's history was very interesting.
