Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Regus Lounge Location: Landside - Before Security Check, the lounge is located on Level 4 in Main Airport Building. Diamond Lounge - Terminal A Location: Airside - After Passport Control take the lift to Level 2. The lounge is located on the right hand side of the corridor. Diamond Lounge - Terminal B Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, after 20m take the stairs up the next level where the lounge is located on the left.
