The guides were great and helped us catch some great fish.

First, we couldn't find the boat. Pick up directions were very unclear. A nice person called the number listed and whoever answered has got to be the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He was so argumentative for no reason. Then, when we got on the boat, the gentlemen setting the lines was clearly on something. He was nice, but couldn't form a single coherent sentence. We were on the boat for 4 hrs and the captain didn't speak a single word until we were back at the harbor and even then it was a simple sorry you didn't catch much, see you next time. There was a third gentleman on the boat who sat and talked with the captain the entire time, no clue who he was. This was a very special trip for our son who is battling cancer and it ended up being the worst thing we spent our money on the entire trip. We aren't even upset we only caught 1 fish, that's fishing. But even the experience should be fun, entertaining and educational. I would give a negative rating if I could.

There was miscommunication and the boat crew thought we were snorkeling when we had booked fishing. We didn’t catch but 2 fish, but the crew were trying to get us some fish, it just wasn’t our day.
