Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Jet Lounge (Schengen) Location: Airside - After Check-in proceed through Boarding Pass Control. Take the elevator to the Level 2. The Lounge is located before Passport Control next to the A-Gates, opposite the Swarovski Shop. Sky Lounge (T3 Non-Schengen) Location: Airside - proceed through Boarding Pass Control and Central Security Control and turn left. Take the elevator or stairs to Level 2, turn left and the lounge is located immediately after Passport Control. Sky Lounge (T3 Schengen) Location: Airside - proceed through Boarding Pass Control and Central Security Control and turn left. Take the elevator or stairs to Level 2, turn right and continue along the corridor to where the Lounge is located.
