The guide was super responsive when we needed to change the tour time for my travelers to an hour earlier pretty short noticed based on river cruise changes, which was wonderful. They liked the guide but expected to see more and get more information, the tour says stop for a snack, they went to lovely bakery but snack wasn't included, and they went by the Jewish Museum but not inside. It was good tour but with a Jewish heritage tour, they expected a bit more and perhaps a Jewish guide.
