We had a wonderful experience with Runaway Tours despite unexpected delays. Our cruise ship’s arrival in Sydney was delayed by a full day due to severe weather, but Steve, the owner, and our guide Danny went out of their way to accommodate us. They adjusted the schedule and arranged a late pickup at the cruise terminal, ensuring we still enjoyed our tour. Danny was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience seamless.
