This Red Centre overnight escape is an introduction to Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, guests will sleep on the ground outdoors under the stars. Finishes in Yulara / Ayers Rock on day 2 of the trip. Your day, step by step
Alice Springs
Cultural Immersion. Alice Springs to Uluru / Ayers Rock Leaving Alice Springs early, we travel towards Uluru, stopping at Mt Connor (false Uluru) lookout and Curtin Springs for a toilet break before getting to our campground for lunch. You can also opt for a complimentary pick-up service from Ayers Rock Airport or Ayers Rock Campground, where your outback adventure begins. Prepare to be awe-struck by the heart of the Red Centre and region-rich heritage and Aboriginal significance which you will learn more about at the interpretive cultural centre.

Nature Walks at Mutitjulu. Get up close and personal with Uluru, the colossal monolith, as you embark on a base walk to the Mutitjulu waterhole, discovering sacred rock art sites and ancient creation stories.

Sleeping bags can be hired from us onboard. You are more than welcome to bring your own. Any meals not indicated within the itinerary. For those with special dietaries, we recommend you bring snacks as options are limited in the outback. Hotel transfers pre/post tour itinerary to a nominated pickup point. Restrictions
Children aged between 8 to 17 years old, must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. Not suitable for infants or children 7 years and under. Limited storage space on our vehicle, baggage kept to 1 x 15kg travel bag, 1 x 5kg day bag.
