Restrictions
-All participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release & Safety Waiver before participating. -Participants must notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate safely. - All customers must demonstrate a minimum level of fitness, as most activities are more strenuous and physically demanding than others. You must also be able to tread water with a life jacket on in the event you are separated from the Jet Ski. -Participants must understand and follow all safety briefings and instructions in English. -Minimum Driver Age: 16 years. -Drivers under 18 must have a guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. -Drivers under 18 cannot carry another passenger under 18; they may only ride solo or with a passenger aged 18 or older. - If bringing a camera, please ensure there is a lanyard attached (if your mobile phone is not waterproof, it may be advisable to leave it behind. If you choose to bring your phone, please note that in doing so, this is at your own risk) -Minimum Passenger Age: 7 years. - The maximum weight of a person allowed to partake in activities provided by Poseidon Jet Ski Tours is rated at 130 kg. Persons in excess of the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and team members. Poseidon Jet Ski Tours has rated the maximum carrying capacity of the Jet Ski to 200kg for tandem riders. This weight restriction is inclusive of the riders and luggage, which must be adhered to at all times. This weight limit requirement is for the comfort and safety of our guests. - Watercraft must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or judgment-impairing substances. They must follow all rules provided by Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours
