We begin our journey north in a luxurious, air-conditioned coach. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic countryside views. 10:00am – Audrey Wilkinson Our first stop is one of Hunter Valley’s most iconic wineries, offering 360-degree views and a beautiful colonial-style cellar door. This is the perfect introduction to the region’s rich winemaking heritage. 11:15am – Mount Pleasant One of the most storied and celebrated wineries in Australia. Enjoy a curated tasting of estate-grown and singlevineyard wines, including the iconic Hunter Valley Semillon — a true showcase of regional excellence. 12:30pm – Two-Course Fine Lunch with Wine Pairing Savour a premium two-course meal, perfectly paired with local Hunter Valley red and white wines selected to complement each dish.
