What your day looks like
For this full-day adventure, you’ll need to be active, have a good level of fitness, be a confident swimmer, and be ready to challenge yourself. This is a 10-hour day packed with excitement as we take you to two incredible locations: Crystal Cascades and Behana Gorge. Please allow up to 11 hours for the entire experience from start to finish. Each day is a little different, depending on the weather, road conditions, and how much fun we’re having along the way.

What to know before booking

- Wetsuits (Winter Season) - Helmet, Harness, Carabiners, Life Jacket - Safety equipment to wear for the adventure - Professional instructions from a certified instructor - Return Shuttle Transport from Cairns CBD to the location
What to Bring
- BYO food – Snacks & lunch - Swimmers, boardies, cozzies, bikinis, rash top, leggings (Optional) - Towel, Sunnies & Sunscreen - Closed-toed shoes (runners) & socks to get wet - Maybe something a little warmer in winter, a dry change of clothes & a jumper - Camera/Go Pro & attachments (must be hands-free) - Cash (just in case for extras) - Wear contact lenses rather than prescription glasses. - Daily medication - Humour & a sense of adventure
