Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. The Reef Lounge Location: Airside - The lounge is located in the Departures Lounge of the T1 International Terminal. After you pass through Border Protection, Security and Duty Free, please turn right and you will see the signage to the entrance.
