Start your day with a leisurely coastal drive to the Bruny Island ferry for a short cruise across the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Keep a lookout for marine wildlife! Your first stop of the day is at the charming Bruny Island Honey Pot. Here, you'll indulge in sweet tastings of world renowned Tasmanian honeys and browse their expansive gift shop. Next up, The Neck Reserve. Here, you have the opportunity to climb the Truganini Lookout for stunning 360-degree views of Bruny Island. Next up is a rustic Morning Tea, beachside. Taste the freshest oysters you may ever try, accompanied by local artisan cheeses and bread. Then take in stunning scenes as you travel south to the Cape Bruny Lighthouse, located in the South Bruny National Park. Here, you'll climb the historic spiral staircase to the top of Cape Bruny Lighthouse for awe-inspiring views over the Southern Ocean and beyond. Lunch is up next at Hotel Bruny. Here you'll indulge in a hearty meal made of premium local produce overlooking the channel and Satellite Island. For a sweet treat in the afternoon, you'll stop at Bruny Island Chocolate Company for decedent tastings of fudge and chocolate. You'll then start your venture back to Hobart, your senses delighted and heart full.

Restrictions
Due to safety regulations children under 5 years are unable to participate in the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Tour, but can walk around inside at the base under the supervision of an adult. There are 279 stairs to reach the Truganini Lookout, there is a lookout platform halfway or an alternative flat boardwalk to the beach. There is a handrail on the inside of bus entrance. The buses are not wheelchair accessible but can, in most cases, hold space for fold-down wheelchairs and walkers if we are advised at the time of booking.
