This 10-day guided journey across Western Australia immerses you in diverse ecosystems, Aboriginal heritage, geological wonders, and marine biodiversity. From desert landscapes to coral reefs, you'll explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the stunning Shark Bay and the thriving Ningaloo Reef. Karijini’s ancient red gorges offer unforgettable hikes and swims, while the Pinnacles’ limestone formations create surreal desert scenery. Optional scenic flights and cruises add thrilling perspectives to this varied route. You'll travel in a small group (max 12 people), ensuring a more personal experience. Accommodations range from eco-retreats to coastal motels, with daily breakfasts and all major entry fees included. Highlights include glass-bottom boat tours, wild dolphin interactions, cultural walks with Aboriginal guides, and visits to remote natural marvels. The tour ends in Perth after covering some of the state's most remote and beautiful corners.

Day 1

Broome

Transportation. Welcome to this amazing trip! Traveling south through the sparse vegetation of the Great Sandy Desert, the route follows the northern coast of Western Australia, rich in mangrove forests, except for the white sands of Eighty Mile Beach, ideal for shell collecting and peaceful walks. Marine life, like stingrays and sharks, makes land exploration safer. Arrive in Port Hedland by evening.

Day 2

Broome

Sightseeing. After breakfast: We may spot one of the massive 2–3 km iron ore trains. We travel through the Pilbara Region, where "bilypara" means "dry" in the Aboriginal language. The red desert and rocky landscapes dominate this area, nearly twice the size of Germany. Our eco-lodge lies in the heart of Karijini National Park.

Day 3

Broome

Swimming at Karijini National Park. Explore some of Earth's oldest rock formations. Hike through ancient gorges and visit Fortescue Falls, Fern Pool, and Oxer Lookout, where four gorges converge. Swimming in permanent waterholes is a highlight.

Day 4

Exmouth

Sightseeing at Ningaloo Coast. Depart the mineral-rich inland and head for the coast. Arrive in Exmouth in the evening, near Ningaloo Reef, considered even more biodiverse than the Great Barrier Reef.

Hiking. Mandu Mandu Gorge: From Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, take in views of North West Cape and Harold E. Holt Naval Station. Hike Mandu Mandu Gorge to spot rare rock wallabies.

Snorkeling at Coral Bay (Western Australia). Visit Coral Bay: Where the reef is close to shore and easily explored via snorkeling or a glass-bottom boat. Discover coral gardens, rare starfish, and over 500 fish species. Continue south to Carnarvon.

Eco Tour at Shell Beach (Western Australia). Pass through the Outback to Shell Beach: Formed from billions of tiny shells, Hamelin Pool, home to ancient stromatolites. Arrive at Monkey Mia, famous for dolphin encounters.

Eco Tour at Monkey Mia. Monkey Mia – Kalbarri (Breakfast) Join morning dolphin feeding and visit the Shark Bay Interpretive Centre in Denham. If in season, view colorful wildflowers. Explore Murchison Gorge en route to Kalbarri.
