Angie, the woman who ran the tour, was excellent. Fun and informative. Unfortunately the boat arrived 30 minutes behind schedule, and the waiting area at the dock isn't that great for an hour (seeing as they ask you to arrive 30 minutes early). It's actually two boat rides, you take one larger pontoon-like boat to the semi submarine. That first boat ride is fun as it's cool to see Aruba's coastline from the ocean. The semi submarine was ok. I'm not sure if it was due to the weather or not but it wasn't that clear. While we see a good amount of fish, it wasn't the easiest to see. Additionally myself and my daughter both started to get sea sick halfway through. You are able to head back up top for fresh air if you like.
Great!
Great time! Saw plenty of different fish and even some divers
Excellent experience! I highly recommend this tour. We got to see a "new" coral reef as well as a shipwreck. The kids (7yo and 11yo) absolutely loved it. I will say - if you get motion sick, it takes a few minutes to adjust to the gentle rocking and viewing. I almost went back to the surface, but am very glad I waited it out a minute and adjusted.
A very cool and interesting way to explore the underwater world of Aruba. Loved being able to see a sunken ship. Great tour guide and captain.
We had a great experience on this tour. The meeting location was easy to find. The host/guide was funny and engaging. The boat ride to the semi-submarine was comfortable and the transfer from one vessel to the next was easy. We got to see beautiful fish and lots of jellyfish (which apparently was quite unusual for Aruba). We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour to others. (March 2024)
Amazing tour and tour guide!!! Great option if you’re afraid to do snorkeling! We got to see tons of fish, a sea turtle and the shipwreck Antilles! So amazingly cool! Really affordable and the tour guide made it fun including a lot of history and jokes along the way. First we hopped on a smaller boat to the semi submarine and then we toured for about 1 hour and 30 mins. It was really a great experience! The tour guide even took everyone’s picture individually ☺️ I loved it! Don’t let this experience pass you by
Angie and the crew were great. Good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. Thank you.
