The cruise and catamaran and staff were great! 5 Stars Music was way too loud, could not carry on a conversation with people standing next to me. When I think of a sunset cruise, I think of calming and relaxing which was lacking in this cruise because of the loud music. Another suggestion would be to switch up the music types throughout the cruise to make all the ages on board happy. 2 Stars We were dropped off at the Riu and then told to walk quite a ways to get to where the catamaran was located. There were several on our bus that had issues walking that far and there were no other modes of transportation available to them for getting between the bus and catamaran. This was the biggest disappointment to me as a travel agent since I had some of those clients with me. Something definitely needs to be done with this issue. 1 Star
