What travelers are saying
This was very unorganized from the beginning. Our pick up was 15 minutes late and then after driving for about 10 minutes, we had to turn around and go back to the hotel to pick up another couple so they could go to the airport because their driver broke down. When we finally got to the check in, everything was sold out so we could not rent a cabana. They had one boat that was not in service so we had to wait almost an hour to get the boat over to the island. Once we got there, due to the wind, a lot of activities were not able to happen. (nobody's fault, just part of the experience). The beach was very rocky so definitely need water shoes but not a great beach for swimming due to all of the rocks. If you don't have kids, we would not recommend. The food in the little restaurant was good, so that's what saved the review from being 1 star. There is really not much to do and since we were so late, the only chairs we got to sit at were under trees, so we didn't get any sunshine. Not a bad place, but not worth $160pp. We actually left about an hour after we got there and went back to our resort for a better beach experience
Great experience! Banana boats were so fun and snorkeling was the best!
We really enjoyed the private island, but could have done without it, and only say that because we had access to the two other properties connected to our resort. However, the food, drinks and water was beautiful.
Enjoyed everything. Snorkeling, slides, banana boat ride. Nice beach and lunch. Plenty to do.
I was very impressed. We rented a cabana and that allowed us to visit with the flamingos. The snorkling was very good and the food provided was better than expected. However, the drinks brought to us were mediocre.
We had a great day snorkeling, using the water slides and visiting the flamingos. The food at both venues was better than expected based on the other reviews we saw. Also, the staff was always attentive.
Fantastic for snorkeling and family fun for everyone. Wonderful staff.
Well organized, highly recommended for families.
