The journey, in full
1st: Homemade EMPANADAS TUCUMANAS (the most famous ones in our country) 2nd: MORCILLA 3rd: CHORIZO SAUSAJE. We will try the famous CHORIPAN ARGENTINO 4th: MATAMBRE PORK BELLY MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD& LOCALS HERBS 5th: Argentine Steak 6th: RIB EYE with malbec salt During dinner we will share a lot of PREMIUN WINES, like Malbec and other signatures wines. The BBQ will be served with ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE. DESSERT DULCE DE LECHE Cake. “Grandma's recipe” Finally, we will toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA! *A SPECIAL MENU/VEGETARIAN MENU CAN BE PREPARED- PLEASE ASK IN ADVANCE.

Maya and Marcos were the most charming and welcoming hosts. The food was super and perfectly cooked. Loved how they accommodated the vegetarian guests also there. The wine was flowing and the rooftop itself was the perfect spot. It was our last night in Argentina and the folks we met there had just arrived — either way it was a highlight!! Highly recommend!
