Half Day Wine Tasting in Cellar from Mendoza

We will pick us up at our selected hotels to go to the area of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, where are the bodegas that we will visit. Through this circuit we will make contact with the work culture in the hands of immigrants who, using irrigation techniques inherited from the aborigines such as canals and ditches, they managed to transform the desert soil o in a productive oasis. In this landscape, prestigious wineries proliferated, two of which we will have the pleasure of visiting, and which have positioned Argentina as a privileged international producer thanks to the quality of their products. We will be accompanied by expert guides for wineries and oenologists, who will show us the winemaking methods and production processes, bottling and labeling of wines. Possible wineries include: Familia Cecchin (organic), Esencia (historic), Viña El Cerno (artisanal), Domiciano (night harvest), Vistandes (industrial), and Florio (sweet wines). Two of these are chosen at random for each tour. For the olive oil experience, we visit one of the following producers: Pasrai or Centenario, also selected at random. During our visit, we will be invited to do a tasting of 2 glasses of these delicious wines, including varietals such as: malbec, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay, viognier, or other highlights such as carmenere, pinot grigio and pinot noir. We will also visit a olive farm, where we will see the olive oil production process, also from excellent quality, and then they will offer us a tasting. After spending an incredible afternoon enjoying the best wines in the area, we will return to our selected hotels.
