Half Day Villavicencio Sightseeing Tour

On the first stop, visit the Historic Field ‘El Plumerillo’, where the troops of the liberating army of General San Martín were trained. Continue the trip on Provincial Route Nº 52, and get to see Canota Monument and the incomparable scenery with its native flora and fauna, and the stunning view of the foothills of Mendoza. Following up north, we head towards Villavicencio Valley, famous for the mineral water that can be taken from the area. In this place, we visit the old hotel which was open from 1940, and its chapel. After a hike through the gardens, we get to a panoramic viewpoint that lets us admire the Villavicencio valley and the foothills of the Andes, a beautiful place to relax and feel the pure air. If the conditions of the road allow it (in winter, there can be ice), we can go higher on the switch-backs and get to an incomparable panoramic point. The tour ends as we go back to Mendoza. Drop off atthe hotel around 1 pm.
