Our Full Day Mendoza trekking takes you to Mt Lomas Blancas (3,650 M – 11,975 Ft) in the Cordon del Plata mountain range, allows you to experience the beauty of the Andes in a single day hike. Giving you the opportunity to climb a 3,000-meter peak, it’s perfect for those who want an introduction to trekking in the mountains, don’t have time for a longer trek, or simply enjoy day hikes in spectacular scenery and want to bag a summit along the way. The Cordon del Plata range is located at 80 km west of Mendoza city, and contains numerous beautiful peaks, offering some of the best options for one-day hikes from Mendoza. Mt Lomas Blancas, at 3,650 m (11,975 ft) it is the highest of these, and the one that we will climb to put you at the summit of the whole range. As well as having the best views of the Cordon del Plata, it also offers superb views of the imposing mountains in the wider chain of the Andes, and of the surrounding Potrerillos valley, Mendoza river and Potrerillos Lake.
