Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

Travel in comfort aboard a bus with a knowledgeable guide to Capilla de Señor, the location of Estancia Don Silvano. Once we arrive, Don Silvano's staff will welcome you with classic Argentine empanadas, paired with refreshing juices. Explore the facilities of the Estancia housed in a 1930s Victorian-style building known as the Casco de la Estancia, it covers a total of 380 hectares. Discover its bakery, and museum, and engage in activities like milking cows with the local gauchos. Take a scenic horse ride, carriage journey, or tractor exploration, with the assurance that no prior experience is needed as the horses are gentle and well-trained. Between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, indulge in a typical Argentine asado and while savoring the flavors, enjoy a lively folk dance show. You can witness an impressive demonstration of Creole skills, including ring racing, horse meekness, and herd vareo. Once we get closer to the afternoon, Estancia Don Silvano treats us to a delicious country snack consisting of mate paired with pastries and fried cake. After a memorable day filled with activities, we'll board the bus at 5:00 pm for a relaxing return to your central hotel.
