With expert knowledge of fire, timing, and technique, your host prepares perfectly grilled meats and vegetables while sharing the cultural stories and rituals that make the asado such an essential part of Argentine life. Though she’s traveled widely and loves recreating global flavors, Constanza’s favorite meals are those that bring people together around the grill. Warm, engaging, and deeply passionate about Argentine cuisine, she and her husband take joy in hosting guests, teaching them asado secrets, and creating an unforgettable culinary experience.

Wow! We cannot say enough about this experience. It was excellent at every level. Not only did our host couple open their home to us on Christmas, but they showed us how make a number of exception traditional Argentine dishes, including a back yard barbeque that included meats, vegetables, & cheeses. We felt like family in the way we were welcomed into their home & we learned a lot through the experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
