Booking through this platform, there was a communication issue about my reservation. And it took a lot of back-and-forth for them to accept my reservation using this platform. I would probably just book directly next time.

When checking in, it wasn't as smooth as I thought all we had to do was show our form, but we were asked to email it to the check in desk. Which made it a little hard as we didn't have any service so we had take time to get on the wifi and that took up a good 15 minutes before we could use the lounge.

The lounge was great. Great escape while waiting for a flight to depart. Some of the info in the voucher is inaccurate however. Only 1 wine or beer per person was allowed, but voucher clearly states 3 drinks per person. And the voucher states “masks required.” I even contacted PE to please confirm with supplier. And they too stated masks required in April 2024. Definitely not true. But nice lounge. Voucher definitely needs updating though.

We really enjoyed having the VIP treatment at the airport! The lounge is lovely and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop outdoor area! Wine / beer and snacks were a welcome and enjoyable experience. We would definitely do this again, and I will highly recommend it to all of my clients who travel to Antigua!

You have to be at the airport early anyway. This was a great added value to my group trip. What a treat for so many of them to be able to sit in a comfy lounge with cushy chairs, warm coffee, wine/beer, and substantial snacks. The patio is also fabulous and you can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze one more time before leaving the beautiful island.
